I started in Hurghada, Egypt, supervising operations at Hi Tech while running a senior sales role at Etisalat Misr. Working both jobs taught me two things I still use every day: how to run a team on the ground, and how to look after a customer.
In 2016 I moved to the UAE and joined Unibeton Ready Mix in Dubai as Static Pump Executive, running the placing-boom department across the country. I sited stationary pumps, trained crews and reduced non-pumping time.
Since 2019 I have been with LafargeHolcim Readymix Gulf, first as Site Supervisor with a zero-accident record, then as Senior Site Supervisor in full charge of site operations, and since 2023 as Operations Coordinator, the main contact between customers and the supervisory team for pump and pipeline resources.
